Uh-oh! Help??

My laptop has a big red X on the battery image in the task bar. It says there's something wrong with my battery and I should change it; my laptop can shut down suddenly at any time. That's helllaaaa not good. o_O Does anyone know what I can do? Where does one buy a battery? How do I change it? Does it cost a lot?
I wouldn't even know where the battery IS in my laptop anyway!

(lol I keep saying 'my' laptop as if it's really mine!)

I googled it and got lots of hits, even sites that offer replacement parts, but I have no idea what would be the best place to choose. (As in, which type of place would be the most reliable.) Should I do this online or is better to go somewhere in person? I was hoping someone who knows more than me can tell me what the best idea is. :)

First, there should be a latch on the bottom towards the back that will release the battery and let you pull it out. Yank the battery out and pop it back in to make sure the problem isn't a loose connection.

Can't really recommend a good place to buy it but it will be cheaper online. On the slim chance that FutureShop has it, it's going to be really expensive.
