bee_yorkSo I didn't end up at the re-located party last night...Mike and I got dressed up and everything, left the apartment, and on the way there decided we just couldn't handle the insane crowd in such a tiny tight little spot, especially Fatz. It's a 25-minute walk from where we live, so 1 hour of walking just to stop by for 5 minutes? Meh. But the night ended up being awesome anyway. We ended up drinking and smoking a joint while chilling on a wall on McGill campus, wandering around the campus and singing and acting like college kids, lol. There was a drunken phone conversation with Drew (after which I will never look @ Titan AE the same way, haha), an encounter with a mouse (!) on a terrace, and pizza take-out. I'm kind of peeved I ended up spending some money (even if it was only $5) but things like BUDGET and PAYING YOUR BILLS don't seem to matter when you're drunk enough, amirite? :/
It's pouring like crazy right now. I actually went out in this to look at an apartment, lol! But it was just up the street from here so it's not like I'm a REAL trooper or anything, ha. It was very very nice but way too small! What a shame, it had stairs in it. I like apartments with stairs in them, how rare is that? And speaking of rare, it's the ONLY apartment in the McGill Ghetto that I've seen so far that has a full kitchen. Curse its tiny rooms!
