Canada love!

bee_yorkI'm back from a wonderful time in Ottawa and Toronto. Mike and I were in Ottawa for Canada Day and it was INSANE how much we drank. I haven't drank like that in...oh man, I dunno how long. I mixed a bunch of alcohol and on top of it all didn't even feel that great earlier in the day before I started drinking, and then we woke up at 5 AM the next day to drive for 4.5 hours to get to Toronto...and other than being really tired, I felt *FINE*. I don't understand how and I don't think I ever will, but whatever! I am just soooo grateful. :)
Toronto was amazing. We met up with Tali and Bruce who are there for Tali's show (she's running it at the Toronto Fringe too, you see) and we attended the Toronto Fringe. Certain things about the Toronto Fringe are better than the Montreal Fringe, but certain things about the Toronto Fringe really suck, so I guess it kind of balances out. We saw 3 shows not counting Tali's show again. It was a lot of fun!
We didn't have much time to explore Toronto all that much but we did for a bit, and it was really cool. I want to go back to Toronto for like a week and really explore though. There were soooo many places I wanted to check out but we didn't have the time to since we were only there for a day and a half! So many cool shops and cafes and funky little artsy places and bars and lounges...mwaa...<3
I took quite a few photos, I'll try to remember to post them later. :)
