Omg, OMG. Tonight is the LAST Tuesday of Lost we'll ever have. Then the finale on Sunday and it's the end.
I've been scrolling through my f-list and seeing all these good-bye notes and articles from ontd_lost and I swear I just choked up...OMFG I NEVER CRY AT THINGS. EVER. (If this makes me a bitch, then I guess....then I guess I am!) But I honestly and truly LEGIT FEEL LIKE CRYING RIGHT NOW SO MUCH.
I bawled my eyes out at the BSG finale...but only after everyone had gone home, was asleep, etc. I waited til I was alone. I don't think I'll be able to handle myself with Lost though. I feel so embarrassed in advance. Holy crap I am going to bawwwwlllllll.
I am going to miss the show, its characters and its funky way of making you try and figure things out until your brain broke. I'm going to miss it soooooooo much!!!

OMG SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME THIS IS NORMAL. :(

No, I listened to "Exodus" yesterday morning and immediately started crying. Lost has been my main fandom for YEARS. It's given me so much, and when it all ends I'm going to be a wreck.

"It's given me so much". <--Exactly this! I'm used to it always being there. I've never been into any show anywhere near as much as Lost. I've been VERY VERY VERY into shows before (Oz and Sailor Moon come to mind), but neither show measures up to Lost for me, which is saying a lot 'cuz back in the day, those shows totally owned me, to put it MILDLY.

I sobbed last night. I am scared to death of LOST ending, not just because I am losing a faourite show, but I am afraid I all my e-life will dry up- which sucks when you are a pathetic loser like I am, because that's all I have. I won't have anything to draw or think about. I won't have anything to write up for people. At least, nothing that anyone cares about. I am so sad, I feel I am losing all these things and my security blanket. When LOST goes, I feel like I am losing my little escapism comfort and I don't know what I will do without.

I know what you mean! I honestly know what you mean. I've been in that position...to have a security blanket taken away...and that's to say nothing of something that is a security blanket AND form of escapism AND a point of inspiration all at once. I've been there, and to say it sucks is an understatement. Omg. I'm not even going to go into it, but ugghhhh.

I'm sad that there's not not going to be any new episodes, but there will be 6 seasons of episodes that can be watched with new context and you can pick up little things didn't mean anything before. Like I watched "The Other 48 Days" from season 2 last night and they found a US Army knife on one of the others that Ana Lucia said had to be at least 20 years old. We now know where that came from, don't we?

It's true about re-watching the show for little clues here and there (with the exception of the stuff they threw in earlier on that never resulted in anything). I don't remember the army knife though; whose was it?

Oh yeah, the soliders! Like in season 5 when they're on the Island in the 50s for a short time, and they see the soliders...aw man, I'm disappointed we never got to learn more about them!
