Speaking of Lost (because believe it or not, there ARE brief periods in which I do not speak of this entity), this week was the first week I did not post about the show after watching it. o_O

So um...yeah. It's a little late in the week now, and I kinda already know what most of you think as I'm pretty sure I've chatted on MSN with most of you. But that episode was kinda...I dunno, nothing really happened in it. And by nothing really happened, I mean a certain built-up event (I don't wanna spoil no one!) finally, finally happened, but how underwhelmingly was THAT done? :/
That said, I was NOT bored during that episode at ALL, because I was interested 100% of the time in everything that was happening. It's just that....nothing happened. XD
The ending wasn't even a cliff-hanger, BUT it still had quite ominous feeling to it, if you ask me!
ALSO, I AM SO, SO, SO, SO ATTRACTED TO JACK NOW. I mean, I always was, but now so more than ever. OMG. I don't know what it is. Even if I disagreed with what he did (and I totally would have said EXACTLY what Sawyer said when they confronted each other you-know-where), I don't know. I'm fangirling like CRAZY over here. I can't explain it. <3

In other news, HAPPY EARTH DAY! Insert typical "every day should be Earth Day" comment here. One of my grade 4 students told me today it was the Earth's birthday.
Then in grade 1, one boy said that girls always come first because it's "la politesse" and "la règle de la mère". Ooohhhhhhhhhhkay.

And yeah, this episode would have been cool, but just episodes ago. I didn't think it felt like the fourth last EVER, building up to the HUGE GIANT WAR or whatever. Just kind of mild? I think is the word.

And I totally agree with you about it being "mild". That's actually a really good word to describe it...and it didn't feel like "the fourth last EVER, building up to the HUGE GIANT WAR or whatever" <--yes, this EXACTLY!

I've been attracted to Jack SO MUCH lately too. I don't even look at Sawyer much anymore. WTH? I want angry, leaning against a coconut tree sex with Jack! No Jears though - turn off! I'll be the one Jearing while I scream "OH YES! OHH OHH YEEEE ESSS!" while he gives me his angry Jack look, you know, beady brown eyes all wide and stuff. LOTS of grunting and the occasional soft and sly "Yeah, you like that, my island whore." and I'd explode in happy Jears!!!

OMG. There's these CRAZY FUCKING MENTAL chicks on the Lost communities who have ACTUAL ARGUMENTS/FLAME WARS (I kid you not!) over who Kate should end up with. (Can you imagine having this kind of free time on your hands?!) They make nicknames for their stance, like "Jate is fate" (Jate being a combination of 'Jack' and 'Kate') or yell "SKATE!" everywhere in caps ("Skate" being a combination of 'Sawyer' and 'Kate'). Have you seen this?! Every time I think I'm too obsessed with Lost and I come across these creepy unstable rantings I feel a lot better about my own mental state, lol.

Anyway, all this to say: I SHIP MARIE/JACK. (I'll take Desmond!)
