bee_yorkJust watched the last 3 episodes of True Blood, so now I'm all caught up and eagerly awaiting season 3 to start. It only begins in May, but that's going to come so quick! I drew cartoonish pictures of some of the characters while I was watching. It was fun.
I'm exhausted and should go to bed, but I feel like posting pictures for whatever reason. From St Patrick's Parade Day. (I don't know what else to call it, since it's not technically St Patrick's Day, but the day of the parade is usually the only day people count unless the REAL St Patrick's Day falls on a weekend date, ya know? lol)
It was Marc's birthday so we were celebrating that, too. :)

Some of us outside 3 Brasseurs, where we all started our drinking at 11 in zee morning. Yayness! The parade had already started by this point.

Later at Fatz...oo_maya_oo and I are...blowing each other kisses? I forget what was going on here exactly, lol.
Mike andoo_maya_oo and I wandered around drukingly in 1,000,000 Comix for a tiny bit. That was fun. We also went to HMV and giggled @ Twilight, harassed Paul at his work (lol), and checked out Star Wars stuff at the Adidas store. Shopping while drunk is something that should be done WEEKLY, if you ask me. :P
That's it! It's a tad bit creepy looking at the parade pictures knowing that kid was killed like an hour after those were all taken, but eh. It's sad, but...yeah.
That aside (and I didn't find out that someone died until after I got home anyway), it was such a fun day, it was ridiculous. We didn't pay all that much attention to the parade, but running around drunk in the rain was *AWESOME*. And wandering into different stores afterward while drunk? OMG. So. Much. FUN. <3 I was just so giggly and giddy and having such a good time. I'm really happy about it.
Maybe now that I've posted pictures from St Patrick's, I'll finally get around to posting pics from my birthday. XD
But for now....MAN have I gotta get to bed! :P

Date: 2010-03-16 12:01 pm (UTC)I've tried Guiness once, not really a fan. It was pretty bitter and SO HEAVY. I don't know how some people spend all day drinking it. I assume it's an acquired taste though so maybe I'll learn to like it.
