Tell me about it. ;___; My lease isn't up for another 8.5 months, BUT we're going to see about breaking our lease or doing a lease transfer, or something. I'm sure (I'm hoping!) that won't be a problem, but on top of that issue, Mike & I have to make the decision of staying here in MTL versus heading off to Toronto for a year. Blah.

I swear I would do this. Tell your landlord you cooked a big ol' pot of chili for dinner and if your neighbours can't handle a bit of flatulence, they should invest in earplugs. :D
