Lost: season 6!

Has anyone seen the latest promo poster for the final season of Lost? Not the one that was unveiled at Comic Con this summer with the hieroglyphs. This one is similar, but not the same. Many changes. Apparently special attention was given to the way everyone is posed in the poster.





Ya gotta love Vincent. He looks so funny and cute there, shoved into a corner with Bernard and Rose.
But really...OMFG MR EKOOOOOOOOOOOOO AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I LOVE HIM.
I mean, I know EVERYONE's coming back, but...where's Walt? And why does Michael look so damn PLEASED?
And Desmond seems pretty front and center, so maybe that means he'll be a main character again this season, not like in season 5.
But...but...where's Penny?!??!!?!!?! :(

Anyway, I got some good news (not Lost-related) and I will post about it shortly. :)

Hahah, have you seen the webisodes?
Apparently, Christian can speak to Vincent and Vincent can understand. He tells Vincent to hurry and go find someone...and then Vincent licks Jack's face to wake him up and you realize OMFG THIS IS HOW THE VERY FIRST EPISODE STARTS.

ISN'T LOCKE'S POSE THE COOLEST THING EVER?! I love it. I can't explain why, but I just love it. It gives me the creeps. A lot of people said it means what it literally looks like: "Locke's back. As in, Locke is back." lol get it? I think it's awesome no matter what it means though. XD

Claire is apparently gonna be a MAIN character, or so I've repeatedly heard. :) I'm excited for her, too! I wonder if she wants to fuck Kate up for stealing Aaron, or if she's grateful for it. Something tells me she isn't grateful tho considering what that psychic in Australia told her. Unless the couple in LA that's supposed to raise Aaron is, of course, Jack and Kate. ;)
ANYWAY OMG SO EXCITED. :D
OH! And! The date for the season premiere is January 20th!!!!!! :D :D :D :D :D

OMG I did not even think of Kate and Jack being the LA couple!! At first I was like "ok, Locke's facing away cause he's not really Locke...." but then wtf is with all the dead Losties? Like wtf, are they going to bring back Locke's corpse and have it be that he was like, under the influence of some zombie drug? And then Locke is going to fight BlackShirtGuy!Locke? CANNOT WAIT TIL JAN 20!

Omg @ ZombieLocke! HAHAHAH. I think...I don't know what to think! haha. I don't think Locke (or any of the other characters, for that matter) will come back to life because that's not how Lost works, I find. I think maybe they will be featured in flashbacks? Or something else? I don't know. What else is there? They've already done flashforwards. Flash...sideways? lol, WTF would that even mean? What COULD have happened? Bleh, I hope they don't go *that* route. That'd be hella lame. Something tells me Lost wouldn't do that though.

Have you been reading up on any theories? If you have, which one's your favourite?
Have you been successful at avoiding spoilers? I've been...until a few days ago when someone let something slip, argh (don't worry, I won't repeat it here!). :(

I haven't been actively avoiding spoilers, but I have been reading some theories - no faves, I just know that I REALLY hope they don't go with the reset button theory, where it ends and it's been some loop and the last scene is Jack opening his eyes and being on flight 815 as it safely lands in LA in 2004. I would be SO disappointed if they copped out like that!!

I'm also hoping for a Zombie S7, where it's all the dead characters hanging out and playing mah jongg, how amazing would that be?! But I'm really psyched for Claire especially because we never saw her die - I refuse to believe she did! Sure, she went with her father...but think about it - what are the chances both bodies were possessed at the same time? Unless for some reason Jacob and BlackShirtGuy were in on it together at one point, but I don't think so. I think Claire's maybe been hanging out somewhere in the temple - and when the time travel happened, maybe she's one of Alpert's people? GOD IMAGINE SHE'S RELATED TO FARADAY'S MUM?! They could totally pass for sisters. My brain just exploded.

I don't think we have anything to worry about the reset theory, because the actors themselves has expressed their utter distaste for that idea and if I recall correctly, the producers said they wouldn't do that. And I don't think they would. That would basically be giving their devoted audience the finger, and they're not the type of writers to do that.

OMG IMAGINE CLAIRE WAS ONE OF ALPERT'S PEOPLE. I didn't even think of that! I don't think she's dead either, but I figured she was hanging around the cabin or maybe the temple...but omg the thought of her traveling through time didn't occur to me, and I don't why because why wouldn't she have time traveled with the rest of them when the Island moved? :D
OMG this sets up a whole new set of theories! HA!
If she was related to Eloise in some way that would be CRAZY because that would make Jack related to Eloise too, which would mean that Claire, Jack, Faraday, Eloise, and Penny would all be related, and that's just insanity. lol
Whatever the situation, I absolutely cannot wait to see Claire again and find out what's been going on with her and where's she's headed, etc.

My favourite theory of ALL TIME is that Charlie (Des' and Penny's son) is Charlie Pace. That would explain SO MUCH and whoever thought of this (really complicated yet totally Lost-logical) is really frakking clever and creative. <3

The theory is that he's adopted.
It goes kind of like this, if you're curious...

Widmore kidnaps Charlie Hume from Desmond and Penny. The most likely time for this to happen is when Penny is visiting Des in the hospital, when she leaves Charlie with a "nurse", while Widmore and Eloise are standing right outside.
Widmore either needs to get back to the Island in the past or ends up in the past somehow, but can't take care of a toddler, and gives him up for adoption to the Pace family.
Charlie Hume develops a talent for music, grows up in the 80s and 90s with his adpoted family, and eventually ends up on Oceanic Flight 815....

It would certainly explain WHY Desmond and Charlie have that super-close connection. Wouldn't that be so..."awww"? Father/son? ^.^

I don't think that's the route they'll actually take but it's such a fun idea. As someone else online said, I don't think that's going to happen, but I bet the writers are reading this and thinking SHIT! We totally should have thought of that! ;)
Anyway, it totally BLEW MY MIND in typical Lost-style when I first read it.

Wow, that is really an amazing theory. Ugh I feel like there are so many amazing ideas and they need to do like...I don't know, like a 10 year reunion DVD where they film a whole bunch of random scenes based on all the best theories of the past 5 years just for the heck of it, even if they don't work at all with the end result of the actual show.
