bee_yorkYesterday I woke up feeling sick, like I was totally coming down with something. I had the Festivus party to host that night, so I thought fuck it, it's MY party, I'm still gonna drink. So I had about 6 glasses of wine.
Then this morning, I woke up feeling GREAT, like I'm not even sick anymore. o_O I think we know what the moral is here, folks!
Oh, and then Mike and I got into a car accident. We're fine, but the car...not so much. We weren't even driving our car, but Mike's dad's car. Siiiigh. We were coming out of a parking lot and T-boned someone who then went flying into 2 parked cars. Thank GOD no one was hurt; if the guy we hit had had someone in the passanger seat, I don't think things would have turned out so well. :/ :/ :/ I don't even want to think about what would have happened had anyone been walking by at that moment, or getting out of the 2 parked cars. Yeeeesh. o_O
Anyway, things could have gone a LOT worse, so that's that! Right now we're back downtown at our apartment as we're going to see Cirque du Soleil tonight (eeeee!), and sleep here, then tomorrow go back to Pierrefonds and hold our little New Year's shindig thingy. Yay!
