8 days til showtime!

It's supposed to snow tomorrow and Thursday, GROSS. I hope it's that wet snow that isn't really snow but people freak out about anyway. But, the REAL problem is that I heard there's supposed to be freezing rain tonight. Now that's some dangerous shit. I hope that doesn't actually happen! Between being sick and the super cold weather, I haven't been going for my walks these past few days. VERY BAD. One of the great things about Montreal though is that I'm able to go for very long walks without ever having to go outside (much), because of all the malls and stores and passageways underground. I just need to get some energy and motivation back, which is hard to do in this shit weather, ya know? It's not even the end of November quite yet and already I'm daydreaming about beaches and palm trees...blaaaahhhh.

On the other hand, however, one of the great things about cold weather is that it's really honestly FASHION TIME. In the summer it's too hot to engage in any kind of real fashion--you can't wear very much (which the boys and men looooooove, I know, but us fashionistas aren't so pleased about, lol) but when the fall and winter comes, you get to layer and really get super creative. :) I'm pretty sure margueriteyang knows what I'm talking about. ;)

I had a fun time in the West Island yesterday, working on the set for Tali's show. Tomorrow evening I'm actually going to attend one of the rehearsals and write some notes down as the show starts in a week from tomorrow, and I'm going to be working backstage at every show as a dresser, so I better know my stuff! :3

Winter fashion is ALSO awesome! Very awesome indeed. :D

Fact: tonight I was talking about fall/winter fashion with one of the actors and how much better it is than summer fashion, and I totally thought of our posts. ;)
