It was very much delightful to watch Darkwing Duck again. To say it brought back a zillion fond fond FOND childhood memories is suuuuch an understatement. Much to my disgusted amusement, I found that I am still quite in love with THIS sick little fucker:

In my head, he totally sounds like Krusty the Klown on crystal meth. Yeah, that's Dan Castellaneta all right. That said, there was a couple of times when he had a SLIGHT Homer Simpson-eque infliction on some of the phrases he uttered. What I'd love to know is, how on Earth did Mr. Castellaneta manage to play such major characters on two cartoons that were running at the EXACT same time on two different networks? Is he a machine? Who has that kind of time? Or energy? How was even allowed to do that? What the hell kind of contract did he have?!

Tonight I'm going to see MöcShplat, which I'm quite excited about. It's a "clown-noir" adaptation of Macbeth performed in gibberish. This article probably explains it better. :P

FUCK YEAH!!!

Comics, eh? YES! My friend was telling me about them. I'm not much of a comics fan, but I gotta say, just the fact that they're bringing DW back...OMG. <3

Oh yeah? That's pretty cool!
I already finished watching season 1, I gotta watch the rest right away! It's such silly fun. The style reminds me a bit of the Disney and Loony Toons cartoons from the 60s.
