You set my soul alight
Mar. 10th, 2010 06:14 pmI'm leaving shortly to go see Muse at the Bell Center and I'm REALLY very frakking excited. I've been wanting and waiting to see them in concert for EIGHT YEARS now. Is that insane or what? I'm so stoked. My period could NOT have worse timing, but hopefully I won't notice it while MUSE is being all sexy for me on stage. (I know there's going to be like 2093093 other people there, but I like to think they're getting sexy for ME.)
I was so exhausted today, and I'm only going to be doubly-tired tomorrow. And I've got the grade 1 and 2s tomorrow, and my WORST group of grade 3. EEEEE. Whatever. SO worth it for Muse.
MUSE!!! :D

As for skipping the opening band, I was horrendously exhausted after a ridiculously long and jam-packed first day back at work, having been up since 5:30 AM and running on about 5 hours of sleep, knowing that I had to repeat the same thing the following day, and I have my period, so I wanted to be in the packed Bell Center for as little time as possible. ;) Spending extra time in there to listen to music that wasn't Muse was definitely not high on my list of priorities last night!
