Let's see. I've probably known him for close to 65 years now. ;) Hahah. Seriously, we met at the most EPIC HOUSE PARTY EVERRRR back in 2005 and right away we both agreed it felt like we had known each other for years.
Drew and I have this thing...we get annoyed by the EXACT same little things. It's hard to explain, but, I'll find these weird, innocent little things about people that REALLY piss me off, only to hear Drew gripe about it, too. And I'm talking about odd little things that NO ONE cares about.archdiva will understand. He'll understand AND it'll piss him off, too. It's so funny. We also tend to get in bad moods at the same time, I don't know why that is, lol. But it's great because we get to sit together and bitch together and seriously, it's always just awesome.
We also have the EXACT same taste in movies and TV shows and therefore have TONS of fun little TV show or movie nights together. :)
We think very much alike. I cannot emphasize that enough. Actually, here's another example--one summer, we both dyed our hair blue...WITHOUT KNOWING THE OTHER WAS DOING SO. How *awesomely* messed-up is that? :D
archdiva and I have had sooo many fun nights together that dissolve into non-stop ridiculous, lovely laughter...it would take forever for me to write them all down, never mind narrow them down. Just countless, countless nights of chilling over red wine, obsessing over BSG, or Lost, or (back in the day), Heroes, or even Tenchi Muyou! and Ranma 1/2. Yes, Tenchi Muyou and Ranma 1/2! How often do I come across someone who loves Tenchi Muyou! and Ranma? Not very often, to put it frakking mildly. But if I'm really into a show or movie that nobody else knows exists, I can pretty much bet Drew's going to not only know what it is, but love it, too. :)
Something I really, really love aboutarchdiva is that he is VERY open-minded. He's not the type of person to say he'll try anything once. He'll go out and actually DO anything once. Or twice. etc. I wish more people were like that! It certainly makes life more exciting, no? ;)
He's also very caring. I remember a night out at Hatters where I was having a REALLY hard time with OCD, to the point that I couldn't concentrate or enjoy myself, so I just went home. Drew jumped up and followed me home, he said he didn't want me to be by myself! I didn't ask him to or anything, he just came running. <3
Or how about last Christmas? We played a drinking game in which I got so frakked-up that I passed out like a college kid. I woke up in my bed with blankets over me. Guess who was responsible for taking care of me then, hmmm?
PS My hair isn't blue here! That's a wig. This is from Halloween a few years ago. ;)
