Love is not a word you throw around

I hate this fucking carpet we have so much! The lion one. Actually, it's quite gorgeous, but it's a bitch to clean and it CONSTANTLY gives me shocks. I just got a shock right now from touching the DVD player that was so bad I felt it in my fucking TEETH. What the hell is that?!

Anyway. I have the flu, I've been working 10 to 12-hour days at school, and exams are *almost* done. My final one is Tuesday. I don't have any exams to invigilate on Monday but I'll most likely be going in anyway to try and catch up on corrections so that I don't have TOO many to do over Christmas break. Good lord.
If I didn't love my job so much, I would quit. 12 hours a day is ridiculous. Yesterday I got to school at 7:30 AM and stayed til 7 pm, and got there today at 7:15 but left at 4. Eeeee. But I love my job so, so, so, so, so, so, so much. <3 My co-workers are awesome. My students are amazing. I love my students. LOVE. No, honestly. I LOVE THEM. I mean it in a way I can't describe. What other job is there on this planet where you get to fall in love with the people you see every day? Not many. I am so lucky. I swear to fucking god I love them all so much. <3

Is it because they're kids? Is it the teacher/student dynamic? I haven't figured it out yet, but whatever it is, it's positive and wonderful and I wish I could bottle this feeling and give it to everyone I know 'cuz omg EVERYONE deserves to feel this. <3333
