Has anyone else seen this?

Since I've started working evening shifts, I'm starting to get well-acquainted with the night buses. I'm so confused with a picture I saw on two bus stops tonight, however. It seems like the STM is advertising something with very cartoonish, pastel-y pictures. The picture was of 2 buses, a GIGANTIC sun, and what appeared to be an ice cream cone in one bus and a Pac-Man ghost with a bow on in the other. WHAT THE HELL DOES THIS MEAN?

I can't stop thinking about that picture. It was so odd. I mean, really. What the hell?
