5 years ago today Mike and I got married in Vegas. :P Even though our marriage is a total joke, we still celebrate our 'anniversary'. Tonight we're going out to Milsa, like we did last year. It's just too good there! Originally we were going to go out dancing or something this Saturday, but since I'll be working, we'll have to put it off until Zoofest is finished.
The motorcycle ride. I said I would write more about it but I don't know what to say. It was frakking awesome? lol, that's obvious. It really is exhilarating. And that's an understatement. It feels a lot like riding a rollercoaster, only BETTER. WAY BETTER.
Yesterday was day 2 sans Effexor. Other than being a bit dizzy, I felt fine. No blurry vision, nor feelings of 'tripping', nor nausea--three things that I experienced last week. Even the dizziness wasn't so bad this time. I did get some 'hot flashes' though, which was really bizarre.
Anyway, the next day I skip my dosage is Friday. We'll see how that goes!
Strangely, it's today that I feel weird. I took my regular dosage this morning and don't feel physically ill in the slightest, but I AM feeling oddly irritable, overly sensitive, and just out-of-sorts.
The brain is a strange, complicated, mostly-unknown universe. Sigh.
Oh! Mike and I joined the human race and got digital cable. FINALLY. Illico on Demand. I LOVE ALL MY CHANNELS OF AWESOME. Now I can watch Seinfeld, Family Guy, Trailer Park Boys, and The Simpsons pretty much anytime I want. Also, I wish people would stop telling me just to download them. Sitting in my tiny tiny room in my tiny tiny chair or tiny tiny bed watching television on my tiny tiny computer screen isn't fun nor comfortable nor practical!
